Como Head de Operaciones en GXO Logistics trabajarás para una de las mayores organizaciones de la cadena de suministro del mundo. Serás responsable de la gestión diaria de la operación y trabajarás junto con el Site Manager para definir los requisitos de la operación y asegurar la implementación de nuevas estrategias e iniciativas. Como Head de Operaciones te centrarás en las técnicas LEAN, la gestión de la calidad y el control de los costes para alcanzar los objetivos empresariales y los niveles de beneficio, también para lograr un crecimiento sostenido de la empresa y construir una relación a largo plazo con el cliente in situ. Las responsabilidades incluyen: Garantizar unos procedimientos operativos y un rendimiento óptimos con respecto a los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) de conformidad con el acuerdo de nivel de servicio con el cliente. Impulsar y supervisar el rendimiento del site, desafiando continuamente el statu quo y mejorando la productividad. Garantizar una dotación de personal óptima, tanto cuantitativa como cualitativamente. Identificar las oportunidades de mejora, definir planes de acción y realizarlos. Supervisar la elaboración de presupuestos, los informes, la planificación y las auditorías. Mantener un entorno de trabajo seguro y promover una dinámica de equipo positiva Gestionar, entrenar, evaluar y desarrollar a los empleados a su cargo. Tendrás un equipo de Jefes de Operaciones bajo tu responsabilidad Lo que necesitas para triunfar en GXO Licenciatura: preferiblemente en Ingeniería o Administración de Empresas. Más de 5 años de experiencia en un puesto similar Acostumbrado a trabajar con indicadores de gestión y rentabilidad. xsgfvud Dominio del inglés Usuario avanzado de Power Point y Excel Estar familiarizado con el uso de WMS para la gestión del almacén Buenas habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal Excelente capacidad de resolución de problemas, pensamiento crítico y toma de decisiones.
