InTheHRChapter is looking for a Freelance Business Developer (HR Services) to drive commercial growth across global markets.Puede obtener más detalles sobre la naturaleza de esta vacante y lo que se espera de los solicitantes leyendo la información a continuación.This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven professional with a “hunter” mindset, fluent in both Spanish and English, who thrives in flexible structures and is eager to grow within a mission-driven HR consulting firm.You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and converting new B2B clients for TheHRChapter’s consulting services.Location:RemoteType:Freelance (100% success-based commission)What you will doProactively identify and reach out to companies with potential HR needsCoordinate and lead intro meetings to present the service portfolioTailor commercial messaging based on client type and industryManage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, meetings, and closingEnsure all activities and interactions are tracked in the CRMShare insights and objections from the market to improve our sales strategyCollaborate on client loyalty strategies and referralsKey performance indicatorsLeads generated per monthConversion rate by service lineRevenue from closed dealsFrequency and accuracy of CRM updatesWhat we are looking forMinimum 1 year proven experience in B2B service sales (preferably in consulting, HR, talent, or similar sectors)Strong commercial skills and a “hunter” mindsetFluent in both Spanish and English (required)Experience with CRM and digital sales toolsStrong communication, negotiation, and closing abilitiesAutonomous, analytical, and results-drivenOpen-minded, curious, and eager to learnExperience selling similar services outside the consulting sector is a plusKnowledge of international markets (Latam, USA, Europe, MENA, Asia) is desirableWhat’s on offerCommission-only structure with potential for equity participationCollaborative work with a growing HR consulting firm committed to social impactOur Core Values at TheHRChapterTransparency : We believe in transparent and smooth recruitment processes.
