Service Delivery Manager - Payroll Managed Services on SAPAsegúrese de leer la descripción completa a continuación y, si confía en que cumple todos los requisitos, envíe su solicitud de inmediato.EPI-USE Madrid, Community of Madrid, SpainService Delivery Manager - Payroll Managed Services on SAPEPI-USE Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Delivery Manager to join the Employee Managed Services (EMS) team at EPI-USE, which provides outsourced payroll services to enterprises on SAP payroll and SAP SuccessFactors technology.As a Service Delivery Manager in the EMS bureau team, you will be responsible for liaising with clients, preparing for and conducting service review meetings including Quarterly Business reviews, monitoring Service Level Agreement performance, and being a point of contact in escalations for service-related issues.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills (they must have excellent English language skills) and convey attentiveness and helpfulness towards clients.
