Specifically, we are looking for a Product Engineer with German to work on an innovative automotive project located in Vallès Occidental area (Barcelona). Searching and applying the technical solutions taking into account the quality standard. Leading the FMEA's implementation of the product and quality tools during the product development phases, ensuring compliance with the quality requirements, regulations and standards of the countries where the product will be used. Analyzing the results of the product technical test reports and to find the necessary technical countermeasures solutions together with the Quality Design Engineer. Supporting the competitiveness of the business unit by optimizing costs, quality and product performance, adopting new technical solutions, optimizing components in terms of cost, quality and manufacturing capacity. Ensuring the optimization of components in terms of cost, quality and manufacturing capacity together with the Purchasing department and suppliers. Managing the development of CAD designs taking into account customer's requirements and ensuring quality in the production process, as follow: Carrying out preliminary studies and numerical definitions of the different components of the product with CAD Tools. Designing the components and assembly of the CAD Tools product. Good professional level of English, German and Spanish (spoken and written).
