En dependencia a la Dirección del departamento de Proyectos, las funciones a desarrollar serán:

- Realización de la Due Diligence técnica y auditoría de instalaciones sobre los activos inmobiliarios.
- Desarrollar proyectos de instalaciones mecánicas y eléctricas para la mejora de los inmuebles.
- Diseño de las instalaciones en DWG, Revit Mep de instalaciones.
- Cálculo de las instalaciones mecánicas y eléctricas.
- Elaborar estado de mediciones y de presupuesto.
- Formalizar informes técnicos de los estados de los edificios y naves.
- Proyectos de licencias de actividad y obra.
- Supervisión de obra de los proyectos de instalaciones realizados.

Importante Consultora de Real Estate del sector |Real Estate, Consultora, Proyectos Rehabilitación, Instalaciones.
- Información necesaria: Ingeniería Industrial, Técnica Industrial o similar.
- Experiência necesaria de mínimo 3 años realizando funciones similares.
- Nível mínimo de inglés B2.
- Tener conocimientos de los siguientes programas: Photoshop, Autocad, Revit, BIM.
