You will innovate gaming platforms with automation and AI solutions to improve live game operations and accelerate production cycles, contributing to world-class products.What You’ll DoPlan, build, and maintain front-end (Unity) and back-end services (APIs, microservices, databases) to improve tools and workflows.Implement secure, scalable, high-performance features that integrate with existing game codebases and infrastructure.Build and maintain custom Unity editor tools to automate tasks such as content creation workflows, build pipelines, and performance checks.Leverage Unity scripting APIs to integrate AI services and automate development and liveops processes.Develop and optimize server-side applications and microservices powering AI features, data processing, and real-time analytics.Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.Work with data scientists and AI specialists to integrate machine learning models and autonomous agents into Unity and backend systems.Assess new AI tools and frameworks for feasibility and business value.Implement automated testing strategies to ensure reliability and maintainability of systems.Partner with game developers, architects, and product managers to identify automation and AI opportunities.Document designs, workflows, and standard practices for internal adoption.Identify areas for optimization and new tooling or process improvements.What We’re Looking For5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, preferably in a gaming context.1+ years of professional experience in AI and automation development.Proficiency in Unity (C#) with experience crafting editor tools, game modules, or liveops features.Strong back-end experience with a modern language (Java, C#, Python, or Node.js) and frameworks (ASP.NET, Django, Express).Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and crafting RESTful APIs or microservices architectures.Familiarity with DevOps & CI/CD practices and tools (Git, Docker, Jenkins).Understanding of software engineering processes (design patterns, code reviews, testing, version control).Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an agile environment.Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs) or integrating third-party AI services is a plus.Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including serverless, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code is a plus.Familiarity with gaming analytics, real-time multiplayer systems, or liveops technologies is a plus.Enthusiasm for gaming and future game development tech is beneficial.WhyProduct Madness ?As part of the Aristocrat family, we share a mission to bring joy through play.
