Industrial Facilities Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the overall maintenance of industrial facilities.
- Coordinate HVAC system management in critical areas, including paint shops.
- Ensure proper operation and monitoring of pressure lines and auxiliary systems.
- Develop and implement annual preventive maintenance plans for machines and equipment.
- Manage contracts with suppliers and service providers.
- Enforce compliance with aerospace, safety, and environmental regulations, driving improvement projects to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.

- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Facility Manager in an industrial environment. A background in the Aerospace sector is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems for paint shops and pressure lines.
- Proven expertise in contract management and preventive maintenance planning.
- Solid track record in supplier management and project coordination.
- Upper-intermediate English language skills (spoken and written). Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
