How You Will Make an Impact

We’re looking for a Content Creator – Social Media to help us experiment, test and learn how PERCENTIL should show up on platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.

This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who loves creating content, understands digital culture, and is curious about why things work (or don’t).

You won’t be expected to have all the answers.

You will be expected to try, observe, learn and iterate fast.

In This Role, You’ll Get To

- Create short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Explore trends, adapt them, remix them — and sometimes ignore them completely.
- Propose content ideas that go beyond fashion when it makes sense.
- Test ideas quickly (48h cycles) and learn from real results.
- Help activate collaborations, giveaways and small partnerships with brands.
- Acquire new creator/influencer deals and identify low-budget collaboration opportunities to expand reach, while managing ongoing partnership contracts and deliverables
- Support the development of a small ambassador program with real PERCENTIL customers.
- Turn social ideas into reusable content (simple scripts, concepts, evergreen formats).
- Learn how a real circular fashion business operates from the inside.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

We won’t measure success by hours worked or “perfect” content.

We’ll look at:

- Volume of ideas tested.
- Speed of execution.
- Ability to explain why something worked (or didn’t).
- Engagement and reach on video content.
- Freshness, originality and evolution of PERCENTIL’s social voice.

👉 It’s expected that many ideas won’t work. That’s part of the job.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is naturally creative and curious.
- Enjoys creating content and experimenting.
- Thinks critically about what they publish and why.
- Actively consumes TikTok / IG Reels and understands platform culture.
- Is comfortable trying things, failing, and trying again.
- Wants to learn in a real business environment.

Languages

- Spanish: native or bilingual
- English: high level (required)
- You’ll need it to understand global trends, creators and references.
- French and/or German: a plus
- Helpful for inspiration and thinking beyond the Spanish market.

How We Work

- Based in Madrid (in Getafe)
- Remote 2 days a week
- Fast feedback, low hierarchy, very practical environment.
- Autonomy within a clear framework.

Contract & Compensation

- Internship or first employment contract (depending on candidate)
- Salary aligned with SMI.
- Initial 3-month period to validate mutual fit.
