Con un equipo de aproximadamente 10.000 empleados en 60 ciudades de toda Europa, adesso es uno de los principales proveedores de TI en el mercado germanoparlante.

Para nuestra oficina de adesso Spain, buscamos a la persona que liderará la práctica de Pega y definirá la arquitectura de Case Management en una empresa del sector financiero. Serás parte del equipo de arquitectura del cliente, donde tu misión será diseñar y entregar soluciones robustas, escalables y alineadas con los estándares corporativos.

Modelo de trabajo:

- Presencialidad en Las Tablas (zona aproximada): 3/2
- Colaboración directa con equipos locales e internacionales.
- Participación en reuniones estratégicas con áreas de Ingeniería y ocasionalmente con Negocio.

QUÉ BUSCAMOS

Experiencia Senior con Pega. Imprescindible haber diseñado arquitecturas desde cero en grandes clientes o entornos complejos.

Certificaciones:

- PCSSA (Senior System Architect): mínimo imprescindible.
- PCLSA (Lead System Architect): ideal y altamente valorado.

COMPETENCIAS TÉCNICAS (“CORE”)

- Diseño de ECS (Arquitecturas por Capas y Escalables): fundamental para garantizar la escalabilidad, mantenibilidad y reutilización.
- Integraciones complejas: dominio en APIs, Kafka y convivencia con sistemas Legacy (Mainframe, sFTP, etc.).
- Cloud & Kubernetes: experiencia en despliegues en contenedores y entornos cloud; capacidad para desenvolverse en ecosistemas modernos DevOps.
