Somos una empresa tecnológica especializada en el diseño y desarrollo de sistemas electrónicos de Seguridad y Control de accesos. Con una fuerte apuesta por la innovación, la excelencia técnica y el diseño de producto, buscamos incorporar un/a Director/a de Tecnología para liderar el desarrollo de nuevos productos desde la definición de especificaciones hasta su implementación, en estrecha colaboración con el departamento de I+D.Maximice sus posibilidades de que su candidatura sea seleccionada asegurándose de que su CV y sus habilidades se ajustan al perfil.Responsabilidades claveDefinir y redactar especificaciones de producto a nivel técnico y funcional, en base a necesidades del mercado y visión de negocio.Coordinar y supervisar el desarrollo de productos electrónicos y software, liderando equipos multidisciplinares (hardware, firmware, software, QA).Gestionar los recursos, tareas y plazos de los proyectos de I+D, asegurando la calidad y la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos.Evaluar y seleccionar tecnologías emergentes que aporten valor competitivo al producto.Colaborar con los equipos de diseño industrial, producción y comercial para garantizar la viabilidad y coherencia del producto.Impulsar la mejora continua de los procesos de desarrollo y documentación técnica.Participar en presentaciones técnicas de producto y aportar liderazgo tecnológico dentro del comité de dirección.Perfil deseadoFormación técnica superior en Ingeniería (Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones, Informática o similar). Valorable doctorado.Experiencia demostrable en desarrollo de producto tecnológico y redacción de especificaciones técnicas.Conocimiento profundo en áreas clave: electrónica, firmware, desarrollo software, cloud, protocolos de comunicación.Capacidad de análisis y síntesis para traducir necesidades funcionales en requisitos técnicos claros.Habilidades de liderazgo, organización y comunicación transversal con otros departamentos.Nivel alto de inglés.Qué ofrecemosProyecto estable y de largo recorrido en empresa líder en el sector.Participación directa en la definición y desarrollo de productos tecnológicos innovadores.Ambiente técnico de alto nivel, con visión estratégica y foco en la excelencia. xcskxlj Remuneración competitiva y plan de desarrollo profesional.
