Live-In Housekeeping Couple Private Luxury Villa – Ibiza Location – Vista Alegre, Ibiza – exclusive luxury gated community (Approximately 20 minutes from Ibiza Airport and 25 minutes from Ibiza Town)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced live-in housekeeping couple, to care for a brand-new, ultra-luxury private villa in Ibiza. This is a long-term position suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining an exceptional home and enjoys working within a calm, respectful private household.

The property is a private family residence only and will not be rented out commercially. Occupancy is relatively light for much of the year, making this an attractive role for candidates seeking stability, excellent accommodation, and a balanced working pattern.

The Property

- Newly built 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom luxury villa

- Dedicated one-bedroom Housekeeper’s apartment

- Located within the secure and highly sought-after Vista Alegre gated community

- Direct access to the sea

Facilities include

- Large swimming pool

- Private gym

- Four external terraces

- External areas are predominantly paved terraces, requiring minimal garden maintenance

The Household

- Family of four: a couple in their mid-50s and two adult daughters (aged 25)

- The family is in residence for approximately 16–20 weeks per year

- For the majority of the year, the household consists of two people only

- Daughters have demanding London-based careers, limiting annual leave

- Occasional visits from extended family or friends for long weekends

Accommodation Provided

- Private, self-contained one-bedroom apartment within the property

- Separate entrance and driveway

- Fully air-conditioned

- Includes lounge, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom

- Car provided (the location is not within walking distance of shops or town)

Key Responsibilities

(Duties may be divided flexibly if the role is fulfilled by a couple)

- Daily cleaning and general upkeep of the villa

- Laundry care

- Preparing the property ahead of arrivals and maintaining standards during stays

Cooking

- Basic cooking and meal preparation (not a full-time chef role)

Property Care

- Oversight of pool and terrace areas

- Light garden maintenance (predominantly paved external spaces)

- Liaison with contractors and service providers as required

Additional Duties (if applicable)

- Occasional chauffeuring / driving

- Supporting the household during guest stays

- Coordinating with temporary staff when the property is at full capacity

Working Pattern & Conditions

- Employed under a Spanish employment contract

- Working hours and rest periods will fully comply with Spanish employment law

- Flexibility is appreciated during periods when guests are in residence

- During peak periods, additional temporary staff may be engaged to support workload

Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in live-in domestic roles, ideally within high-net-worth or luxury private households

- 10+ years relevant experience preferred, demonstrated longevity in previous roles (long-term commitment highly valued)

- Calm, discreet, and professional approach

- Able to work independently and maintain high standards at all times

- Driving licence preferred (not essential for both members if applying as a couple)

- Previous experience in island or remote locations is advantageous

- EU passport holder required

- Fluent Spanish and English speakers preferred
