Our client: is a leading growth consulting firm with a strong foundation in academic expertise and practical market experience. Their expertise spans consumer goods, telecommunications, transportation, pharmaceuticals, and services, and they deliver tailor-made strategies that align with our clients' unique needs.

Requirements:

- More than 4 years of experience in digital transformation.
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM functional consulting.
- Strong expertise in CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics at functional level, including customization and integration.
- Experience in communications with executive profiles.
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, practical technical solutions.
- English and Spanish is a must.
- Although based in Barcelona, they work globally, so a willingness and ability to travel is a must.

Pluses:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
- CRM platform certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified, Microsoft Dynamics Certified…) are highly desirable.
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and scripting languages like Python or SQL.
- Fluency in French and/or Arabic is highly valued.
- Experience working with tech suppliers.
- Experience in digital transformation in FMCG sector.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work in cross-functional and international teams.
- A results-oriented attitude, with a focus on delivering impactful solutions for clients.
