Buscamos un HyperAutomation Process Mining Functional Expert con talento para incorporarse a nuestro equipo para una multinacional líder en el sector de organizaciones internacionales y servicios digitales .
¿Qué buscamos?
• Buscamos una persona con experiencia funcional en mejora de procesos y análisis orientado a negocio.
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en roles funcionales de process improvement o business analysis.
• Experiencia práctica con UiPath Process Mining y/o Celonis .
• Sólido conocimiento de conceptos de process mining y configuración funcional.
• Capacidad para definir KPIs y métricas alineadas con los objetivos de negocio.
• Experiencia en documentación de requisitos funcionales y flujos de proceso.
• Se valorará experiencia en herramientas RPA y ciclo de vida de automatización.
• Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de requisitos como JIRA, Confluence o Azure DevOps.
• Buen nivel de inglés (mínimo B2).
