About the Role
We are looking for a Dutch or Danish speaking professional to join our international team in Barcelona. This role combines customer support and sales-oriented communication, working with customers across the European market in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch or Danish
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Support sales activities such as upselling or retention when relevant
- Accurately document interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch OR Danish
- Previous experience in customer support, sales, or account management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- EU work permit or eligibility to work in Spain
