At Akiles, we’re looking for Customer Support Specialist profiles to be the first point of contact with our clients: the one who responds, listens, resolves, and inspires trust. Your mission will be to provide excellent, agile, and helpful support to our clients, helping them get the most out of our products. You’ll be a key part of the Customer Success team. Responsibilities Address and resolve incidents, questions, and inquiries from our clients via email, phone, or chat. Document processes and keep our knowledge base up to date. Report improvements or bugs to the product or development team. Work hand-in-hand with Customer Growth to ensure a smooth and positive client experience. Be an ambassador of our customer care culture. Requirements Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or similar (ideally in digital environments). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organizational skills, empathy, and a results-oriented mindset. High level of Spanish and English.
