Ruby on Rails and Vue.js Partner for Ongoing Platform Development

We are a digital marketing firm currently seeking a freelance developer or a small development company to take ownership of the maintenance and further development of our internal system.

Our platform is built with Ruby on Rails on the backend. The selected partner will be expected to understand an existing codebase, ensure its stability, improve performance where needed, and develop new features in a clean, structured, and scalable way.

On the frontend side, the system currently uses a mix of HTML and JavaScript. Vue.js has already been introduced in several areas as the frontend framework. Experience with Vue.js to progressively modernize the entire frontend into a more modern interface is one of the key skills we are looking for.

We are looking for a partner who:

- Has strong experience with Ruby on Rails
- Is comfortable working with existing systems and modernizing legacy code
- Has solid experience with modern JavaScript and Vue.js
- Understands backend and frontend integration, APIs, and databases
- Works independently, takes ownership, and communicates clearly
- Values clean code, best practices, and long-term maintainability
