IT Support Intern (f/m/d)

Join Axpos IT Collaboration Team in Madrid and gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow in a dynamic and international environment.
What you will do:
- Support daily operations and resolve L1/L2 requests for Microsoft 365 services.
- Assist with Teams configuration, Exchange Online administration, and SharePoint site provisioning.
- Contribute to Intune enrollment, compliance policies, and device management.
- Help maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments and execute security practices.
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and maintain clear documentation.
- Participate in feature rollouts, migrations, and user adoption activities.
What you bring who you are:
- Studying for or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange) and Windows 10/11.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals and device management concepts.
- Introductory PowerShell knowledge and a willingness to learn automation.
- Curious, proactive, and collaborative mindset with strong English communication skills.
- Ideally, experience with Intune, PowerShell modules, or Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, AZ-900).
