En Optima Retail tenemos la misión de ofrecer el mejor servicio de calidad en el mantenimiento Retail a nivel mundial. Actualmente trabajamos en más de 70 países siendo expertos en Facility Management a través de la calidad respaldado por el prestigioso sello de certificación de procedimientos de Bureau Veritas.

Buscamos un/a administrativo/a customer Service para coordinar y planificar el mantenimiento para grandes marcas del sector Retail. Sus responsabilidades incluyen planificar intervenciones, supervisar técnicos, garantizar el cumplimiento de los contratos y registrar datos en el sistema. También elaborará informes internos detallados sobre las operaciones realizadas.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?:

🚀 Coordinar y planificar la correcta ejecución del mantenimiento preventivo para grandes marcas del sector Retail.

🚀 Planificar intervenciones necesarias para la ejecución del mantenimiento de las instalaciones.

🚀 Informar y agendar citas a los operarios técnicos, coordinándose con las marcas.

🚀 Controlar que se cumplan las especificaciones técnicas definidas en los contratos de mantenimiento.

🚀 Elaboración de informes internos en relación con las actuaciones realizadas.

🚀 Realizar el correcto registro de la información en nuestra base de datos y programas.

Requisitos mínimos:

💼 Experiencia previa en gestión de incidencias.

💼 Experiencia previa en trato con clientes y proveedores.

💼 Nivel alto de alemán e inglés.

💼 Valorable conocimiento en el mundo del Retail.

💼 Residencia en la zona del Maresme o alrededores.

💼 Capacidad de aprendizaje.

💼 Trabajo en equipo.

💼 Persona proactiva, metódica, resolutiva y dinámica.
