🚀 Tu reto como Customer Service Specialist

Serás el punto de contacto clave de servicio para nuestros clientes en España, gestionando incidencias y dudas:

✅ Dar soporte de servicios para cuentas asignadas

- Gestionar incidencias operativas y consultas de servicio
- Hacer seguimiento de entregas, devoluciones y casos de rastreo
- Mantener contacto regular con los clientes

✅ Coordinación transversal

- Colaborar con Operaciones, Ventas y Reclamaciones
- Documentar procesos y comunicación en el CRM
- Apoyar acciones de mejora lideradas por el CX Manager

✅Guiar y acompañar al cliente

- Apoyar la configuración de cuentas con equipos internos
- Formar a los clientes en herramientas y flujos de servicio
- Compartir actualizaciones relevantes del servicio

✅ Feedback y mejora

- Recoger comentarios de las cuentas asignadas
- Identificar brechas en procesos o problemas recurrentes
- Proponer acciones de mejora prácticas

🎓 Formación y experiencia

- Estudios de nivel medio o superior en Administración y Finanzas, Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales, Gestión de ventas, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Logística y Supply Chain Management, o afín.
- 2–3 años en atención al cliente B2B, preferiblemente en logística o e-commerce.
- Muy valorable experiencia en logística, transporte o e-commerce.
- Nivel alto de inglés (mínimo B2) y español nativo.
- Manejo de Excel, CRM y herramientas de ticketing.

- Capacidad para coordinar con equipos internos.
- Actitud proactiva y resolutiva.
