About the position At IDENER.AI, we are seeking a Researcher - IPR Management to join our dynamic R&D environment in Seville. This role is crucial as the link between our cutting‑edge scientific results and their real‑world economic and social impact. The title "Researcher" reflects the deep engagement required to understand our technological and scientific foreground. Your mission will be to ensure that knowledge generated in our European‑funded projects (Horizon Europe, H2020) is properly protected, formalized, and commercialized. Your key contributions will be focused on: - IPR and Legal Formalization: Supporting the definition of Intellectual Property strategies (patents, know‑how) and assisting in the review of legal contracts (Consortium Agreements) to safeguard IDENER’s interests within international R&D consortia. - Economic Strategy and Business Models: Executing market and financial analysis (CAPEX/OPEX, ROI), defining Business Models, and drafting the Exploitation Roadmap for new technologies. - Critical Document Execution: Taking co‑responsibility for drafting core project deliverables, such as the Exploitation and Dissemination Plans (PEDR/PDEC) and final periodic reports, in close collaboration with technical teams. - Internal/External Coordination: Acting as a crucial bridge between our technical teams, the Communication department, and international consortium partners to align exploitation efforts.
