About IDENER.AI

We are a team of engineers, scientists, and software developers exploring the potential of AI to tackle challenging problems in science and engineering. We use a broad interpretation of AI that merges machine learning, system modelling, advanced control, and mathematical optimization to do this. With this, we aim to create new, better, and sustainable technologies and business models to contribute to human development ultimately.

The profiles within IDENER cover a multitude of backgrounds:

- Environmental Sciences, Biotechnology and Biochemistry

- Chemical Engineering or Industrial Chemical Engineering

- Computer Engineering and/or Cybersecurity

- Telecommunications Systems Engineering or Telecommunications Technologies and Services, Energy Engineering and Aerospace Engineering

- Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Robotic Engineering

Responsibilities

The position requires creativity and mental flexibility to propose new projects from the state of the art, and the ability to translate complex research concepts into clear and easy ones, understand documents and research articles.

The main tasks of the position are:

- Stay up to date on research and development in your field of interest.

- Lead the discovery of research grants, writing European research proposals; eventually co-author of scientific articles.

- Establish relationships with interested parties (European research centers, universities and technology companies).

- Participate in our current research projects.
