🎯 Your responsibilities:
🔧 Collections and claims management:
- Manage collections processes for contractual breaches, including financial penalties and asset recovery.
- Contact delinquent clients through various channels (email, phone, formal communications).
- Track overdue payments and unreturned assets, keeping each case fully updated.
- Propose improvements to internal collections processes to increase efficiency and recovery rates.
🛠️ Collaboration with Legal team:
- Coordinate with the Legal department on complex cases to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support extrajudicial claims and assist in documentation and procedural management.
📊 Reporting & analysis:
- Maintain clear records of all cases and generate follow-up reports.
- Analyze payment default patterns and propose preventive or corrective actions.
🤝 Client negotiation and communication:
- Maintain professional relationships with clients to maximize recovery of amounts owed and assets.
- Apply negotiation skills to resolve cases effectively, minimizing financial and legal risk.
✅ Must-have requirements:
- Previous experience in collections, debt recovery, or overdue payments management.
- Knowledge and experience in extrajudicial claims.
- Problem‑solving mindset, high pressure tolerance, and strong negotiation skills.
- Experience in credit, financing, or collections companies is a plus (Cofidis, financial institutions, leasing companies, etc.).
💡 Nice-to-have:
- Experience in recovering physical assets (IT equipment or similar).
- Ability to implement improvements in workflows and management processes.
