Responsibilities: Proactively follow up on accounts receivable. Contact clients via email and phone to manage overdue invoice payments. Negotiate payment plans or agreements when necessary, in accordance with company policy. Investigate and resolve invoice disputes with clients. Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Customer Success, Billing, Legal) to resolve issues delaying payment. Manage an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring appropriate handling and timely follow-up. Regularly review and update client contact information and status in the system. Requirements: 1-2 year experience of related work in Collections or Accounts Receivable. Degree in Accounting and Finance or a related field. High level of English is required. Other languages will be positively valued. Soft Skills: Reliability and attention to detail. Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and experience in customer oriented roles. Problem-solving skills. Ability to work persistently and autonomously. Initiative and a drive to get things done. We offer: International environment with over 35 nationalities.
