Buscamos un Business Analyst para un emocionante proyecto del sector de energías renovables en España ⚡🌱.

Serás un puente clave entre negocio y tecnología, y además liderarás al equipo técnico multidisciplinar (España–Italia).

🛠️ ¿Qué harás?

- 🔍 Análisis de requerimientos con stakeholders
- 📌 Gestión del backlog y prioridades
- 🤝 Coordinación y liderazgo del equipo técnico
- 🧭 Conducción de ceremonias Agile
- 💬 Comunicación fluida con cliente
- 🗂️ Reporting a Project Manager
- 🗂️ Planificación y seguimiento de timelines
- 👩 🎨 Colaboración con UX
- 🧩 Conversión de requisitos funcionales en tareas técnicas
- 🎯 Definición de Sprint y Product Goals
- 🧪 Elaboración planes UAT / Testing QA

📚 Requisitos

- 3–5 años como Analista Funcional
- Experiencia con JIRA, Confluence, Teams, Figma
- Mente analítica, resolutiva y entusiasta
- 🎓 Ingeniería Informática
- 🇬🇧 Inglés medio–alto
- 🇮🇹 Se valora italiano
- Se valorará Certificaciones: Product Owner y/o Scrum Master
