Role: Business Analyst (Actimize SAM/ActOne)

Location: Spain (Remote)

Type of Hiring: Permanent

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Actimize SAM/ActOne platforms to join our Product & Platform team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Actimize solutions, with strong knowledge of financial crime, AML, and compliance workflows. This role requires both business analysis skills and platform specialization, ensuring effective delivery of regulatory and risk management solutions across EU markets.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

- Business Analysis
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for Actimize SAM/ActOne implementations.
- Translate regulatory and compliance needs into functional specifications.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define workflows, rules, and case management processes.

- Platform Expertise
- Configure and customize Actimize SAM/ActOne modules.
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
- Ensure alignment with AML, fraud detection, and compliance standards.

- Collaboration
- Partner with developers, QA teams, and product owners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Actimize within the EU region.
- Provide training and guidance to junior analysts and business users.

- Governance & Compliance
- Ensure solutions meet EU regulatory requirements.
- Support audits, documentation, and compliance reporting.

📌 Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Actimize SAM/ActOne.
- Strong understanding of AML, fraud detection, and compliance processes.
- Hands-on experience in configuring Actimize workflows, rules, and case management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in multinational EU teams (outside Germany).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to other Actimize modules (e.g., RCM, WLF).
- Knowledge of financial services domain (banking, payments, capital markets).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Certifications in AML/KYC or Actimize platform preferred
