User Growth and Engagement Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented User Growth and Engagement Specialist to drive the success of our European e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing user growth and engagement strategies that meet business objectives.

- Develop and implement multi-channel user growth and engagement strategies to improve user recall, revisit, and activity.
- Analyze user behavior data to identify key drivers of user growth and engagement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute user growth and engagement plans that meet business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and provide strategic recommendations for product optimization and business development.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience in operational roles.
- Fluent written and spoken English, and knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Clear understanding of oversee e-commerce industry or platform user operation is preferred.
- Familiarity with user operation strategies and data analysis skills to identify user needs and behavior patterns from data.
