Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of experience in operational roles.
- Fluent written and spoken English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Understanding of the overseas e-commerce industry or platform user operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with user operation strategies and data analysis skills to identify user needs and behavior patterns from data.
