🚩Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on Scan-to-BIM projects, transforming laser scan data into accurate BIM models across various disciplines (Infrastructure).
🚩Responsibilities:
- Interpret and model from point cloud data using tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar.
- Generate accurate and detailed BIM models (LOD 200–350) based on laser scans.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure modeling accuracy and consistency. Ensure deliverables meet project requirements in terms of geometry, level of detail, and data standards.
🚩Requirements:
- Engineer / Architect with BIM experience.
- Experience in Revit (Surface modeling, Toposolid, Wall, Floor, Roof, Component, basic family modeling).
- Solid understanding of construction processes and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proven experience in Scan-to-BIM workflows. Familiarity with point cloud processing software (e.g., Navisworks, TruView, CloudCompare, etc.)
- Experience in Recap.
- Knowledge of BEP / EIR / CMR
- Language: Advanced English skills.
