We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on Scan-to-BIM projects, transforming laser scan data into accurate BIM models across various disciplines (Infrastructure). Interpret and model from point cloud data using tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar. Generate accurate and detailed BIM models (LOD 200–350) based on laser scans. Ensure deliverables meet project requirements in terms of geometry, level of detail, and data standards. Engineer / Architect with BIM experience. Experience in Revit (Surface modeling, Toposolid, Wall, Floor, Roof, Component, basic family modeling). Proven experience in Scan-to-BIM workflows. Familiarity with point cloud processing software (e.g., Advanced English skills. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
