Role Overview:

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing meeting materials.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of client proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients and prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Assist in organising and coordinating company events, seminars, and client appreciation activities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
