VIDEOGRAPHER & CONTENT CREATOR SOCIAL MEDIA

At Carner Barcelona, we are looking for a Social Media Videographer & Content Creator with a strong eye for storytelling and aesthetics. This role is content-first: focused on creating high-quality video and visual content for social media, while also supporting social media planning and execution. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to bring the brand’s Mediterranean universe to life through compelling, sensorial content.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation (Video-First)

- Lead the creation of video content for social media, with a strong focus on short-form formats (Instagram Reels, TikTok).
- Shoot and edit high-quality content using professional cameras and iPhone.
- Develop visually compelling narratives that translate mood, texture, emotion, and sensoriality into video.
- Script and conceptualize short-form videos for Instagram and TikTok.
- Cover brand events, launches, trips, and activations in different cities.
- Ensure content aligns with Carner Barcelona’s premium, editorial, and Mediterranean aesthetic.
- Organize and manage content archives for easy access and reuse by the team.
- Bonus: Comfortable appearing on camera when needed.

Social Media Management & Support

- Support the social media strategy under the supervision of the Head of Marketing.
- Plan and execute content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Adapt content formats and narratives to each platform.
- Write concise, on-brand copy to support video and visual content.
- Monitor performance, trends, and platform updates to optimize content results.

Creative & Trend Leadership

- Stay ahead of social media, video, beauty, luxury, and lifestyle trends.
- Bring fresh creative ideas while maintaining strong brand consistency.
- Proactively suggest new formats, narratives, and visual approaches to elevate content.
- Balance trend-driven content with timeless, brand-building storytelling.

Experience & Background

- Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation, videography, or similar roles (in-house or freelance).
- Proven experience creating video content for beauty, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands .
- Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video and social media work.
- Based in Barcelona.

Technical Skills

- Advanced skills in video and photo editing tools:
- Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom
- CapCut
- DaVinci Resolve is a plus
- Strong understanding of professional and mobile video production workflows.
- Ability to shoot, edit, and deliver content efficiently for fast-paced social environments.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive, autonomous, and hands-on mindset.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility over content output.
- Collaborative and comfortable working with marketing, brand, design, and product teams.

- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Summer Schedule

- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
