🧠 What we expect from you
You are a hands-on professional with strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with external consultants and internal stakeholders. You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment, eager to learn, and ambitious to build processes that scale across different countries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (Holded will be a plus).
- Good command of Excel and proficient with digital tools and systems
- Fluency in English (other languages IT-FR-PT a plus)
📆 What will your day look like?
You’ll be part of the Finance team, working closely with the CFO and external advisors across Europe. Among your main responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting operations for Spain.
- Perform general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Process supplier and customer invoices and prepare journal entries using analytical tags.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable bookings..
- Monitor operating costs, performing variance analysis and supporting cost-control initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and provide ad-hoc analysis.
- Handle administrative tasks and purchasing processes.
- Act as ERP key user, contributing to continuous optimization.
- Support VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory filings.
- Contribute to process improvements and internal controls.
- Serve as a contact point for suppliers and consultancies.
