¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

- Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia de content marketing para el mercado francés, alineada con los objetivos de negocio y Go-to-Market.
- Crear contenido de alto valor en francés: artículos de blog, whitepapers, ebooks, casos de éxito, guías prácticas y contenido para redes sociales.
- Optimización de contenidos actuales para posicionamiento SEO en Francia.
- Gestionar el calendario editorial y asegurar la consistencia de tono, estilo y mensajes en todos los canales.
- Ejecutar estrategias de linkbuilding y PR.
- Colaborar estrechamente con Sales y Product para crear contenido que soporte el funnel completo: awareness, consideration y decisión.
- Diseñar y ejecutar campañas de content marketing (webinars, email nurturing, LinkedIn) que generen leads cualificados.
- Analizar métricas de performance (tráfico, engagement, conversión, MQLs) y optimizar la estrategia basándote en datos.
- Adaptar y localizar contenido existente al contexto cultural y regulatorio francés (legislación laboral, tendencias HR locales, etc.).

Requisitos deseables

- +2 años de experiencia en content marketing, idealmente en entornos B2B SaaS o tech.
- Francés nativo o bilingüe (imprescindible) y español o inglés para coordinación interna.
- Conocimiento profundo del mercado francés: tendencias en RRHH, regulación laboral, comportamiento del buyer persona francés.
- Experiencia creando contenido para diferentes etapas del funnel y múltiples formatos (blog, video, social, email).
- Experiencia ejecutando estrategias de PR digital y linkbuilding, con red de contactos en medios franceses será un plus.
- Dominio de SEO, herramientas de análisis (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush) y contenidos (Hubspot, Wordpress).
- Perfil hands-on: buscamos alguien que escriba, edite, publique y analice, no solo que coordine.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y con mentalidad data-driven.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

- Teletrabajo para siempre pero si quieres venir a trabajar algunos días a nuestra oficina de Avenida Burgos, en Madrid, te recibiremos con los brazos abiertos.
- Jornada flexible: El horario general es L a J: 9-14h y de 15:30-18:30h. Viernes 9:00 a 15:00 pero cuéntanos si necesitas reducir jornada o adaptar el horario.
- Autonomía real: Serás la persona de referencia en content para Francia con libertad para construir la estrategia.
- Impacto directo: Trabajarás con los equipos de Sales, Marketing y Producto, y tus contenidos impulsarán el crecimiento en uno de nuestros mercados clave.
