Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at IDECO Mosquiteras SL in Valencia. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, managing client accounts, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and fostering customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell our products to prospective clients
- Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to clients
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required
- Attend meetings and networking events
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development and Sales Management skills
- Client Account Management and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the Spanish market
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in sales within the manufacturing industry
- Passion for travel
- Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
