We are looking for an Marketing Executive - Events & Campaigns to join our team in Madrid . > About the Role The Marketing Executive - Events & Campaigns provides the operational backbone for the successful delivery of global and regional events as well as integrated marketing campaigns. You will oversee all logistical, communication, and executional aspects to ensure flawless experiences that drive measurable business impact. Working closely with the Marketing Director, GCC Marketing Manager, and cross‑functional teams, you will help translate strategic priorities into seamless execution and effective pipeline contribution. You are the go‑to person for coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables—ensuring every detail is managed with precision and every activation reflects our brand excellence. > Duties and Responsibilities Event Logistics & Delivery - Own end‑to‑end logistics for global and regional events (venues, suppliers, timelines, speaker coordination). - Manage all event communications including invitations, reminders, landing pages, and day‑of delivery. - Ensure consistent and accurate lead capture, tagging, and integration with CRM systems post‑event. Campaign Execution - Support the set‑up and execution of multi‑channel campaigns (email, landing pages, paid media coordination). - Partner with the Marketing Director and GCC Marketing Manager to align event and campaign workflows with commercial goals and priorities. Measurement & Reporting - Track and monitor event ROI and campaign performance metrics. - Produce post‑event and campaign reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations. Cross‑Team Collaboration - Collaborate closely with the Brand & Content Lead to ensure messaging and material consistency across touchpoints. - Coordinate with BD teams on pre‑event outreach and post‑event follow‑up to maximise engagement and pipeline impact. > Core KPIs - Timely and error‑free execution of events and campaigns. - Accuracy and speed in CRM lead capture and classification. - Event ROI and measurable contribution to pipeline. - Quality of campaign execution and adherence to timelines. > Required Skills & Experience - 3+ years in event management and/or marketing campaign execution (B2B preferred). - Strong project management and organisational capabilities. - Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. - Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities. - Fluent in Spanish and English. Knowledge of further languages would be considered a plus. > Nice-to-Have - Experience working with international markets (GCC or Europe). - Basic design or content‑editing abilities. - Knowledge of SEO and digital‑marketing fundamentals. We work in a hybrid style, so you will come in to the office 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week, although this can be adjusted to suit events and role needs.
