This strategic role focuses on HSE excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement, while ensuring strong financial performance and operational efficiency. You will be located in Zaragoza area, Spain.**Your activities, in detail*** **Maintenance Development:** Drive continuous improvement and optimize maintenance operations in collaboration with the customer.* **Leadership:** Lead a team of maintenance professionals* **HSE Excellence:** Act as a role model and ensure full team commitment to safety standards.* **Financial Management:** Own budgets, P&L, KPIs, and cost control.* **Team Development:** Promote training, performance evaluation, and team-building culture.* **Customer Relations:** Build strong partnerships, resolve issues, and participate in agreement negotiations.* **Process Innovation:** Implement new methods, improve workflows, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.* **Resource Management:** Oversee subcontractors and additional resources for shutdowns and replacements.**Who is the candidate we are looking for*** BSc/MSc in engineering (mechanical, electrical, pulp and paper manufacturing processes)* 10+ years of experience in similar roles.* Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire teams.* Fluent in Spanish & English.* Knowledge of paper industry maintenance.* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.* Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to make things happen.* Proficiency in Excel and understanding of local regulations.**We offer** In return, we offer you a challenging position in a dynamic organization and the opportunity to influence the direction and success of the organization.
