Build, own and scale YOUNG’s international real estate platform. YOUNG is an international ecosystem active in hospitality, workspaces, media and real estate. Now, we are reactivating one of our oldest companies, YOUNG Real Estate Investments and turning it into a high-performance, international vertical. This is not “a job”. This is a co-founder role. Your MissionScale our real estate investment platform across three core markets: - Curaçao - Valencia - The Netherlands Grow the portfolio from 400 tenants to 1,000+, build the YOUNG Real Estate Fund (with our AIFM partner), raise institutional capital, secure new acquisitions, and architect the entire vertical together with the founder and leadership team. What You’ll Lead - Fund structure, governance, AFM/AIFM alignment - Investment Memorandum + financial model - Institutional fundraising (FOs, private banking, institutional) - Portfolio management and performance (400 → 1,000+ tenants) - Deal sourcing, due diligence, acquisitions - Integration with YOUNG Hotels, Workspaces and other ventures This is a builder role, not operational property management. You operate above the assets, designing the engine that scales them. 6-Month Co-Founder Path (This structure adapts to what you bring to the table: seniority, track record, and value creation potential) . Phase 1 - Builder Mode (first 6 months) - Lean fixed salary - Full autonomy - Direct access to Founder & leadership team - Clear deliverables (fund structure, IM, early investors, pipeline, portfolio control) Phase 2 - Step Up - Compensation increase aligned with impact - Long-term co-founder alignment - Invest in opportunities with us Who We’re Looking For - 10+ years in real estate private equity, fund managemt, or IB - Strong fundraising & institutional networks - Experience with AIFM/AFM (or equivalent) - International exposure (NL, Spain, Caribbean = big plus) - Financial modelling + deal execution mastery - Entrepreneurial builder. Fast. Strategic.
