We are launching our first flagship café in Valencia, designed to become the operational blueprint for a scalable, high-standard coffee brand. This first location is where we definehow Young Coffee is run,so it can later be replicated across 30+ locations.We believe in: Small, high-performing teams Operational excellence and financial discipline Building once, scaling many timesAbout The Role This role sits between operations and business.You will run the café day-to-day while building the operational and financial foundations that allow Young Coffee to scale. You are hands-on in operations, close to customers, staff, suppliers and numbers with the responsibility to turn daily reality into clear systems, standards and blueprints.In the short term, you will be operationally involved alongside one Café Host. In the medium term, you will own the café’s operations and P&L. In the long term, this role can evolve into a key leadership or co-founder position.Your Mission Make Young Coffee run flawlessly today and turn daily execution into a scalable operating system for tomorrow.Key Responsibilities Operations & Leadership Lead the daily operation of the café and support the Café Host Ensure opening/closing, service flow and routines meet Young Coffee standards Step into operations when needed (service, prep, hosting) Set a calm, structured and high-standard working cultureSystems & Process Building Document operations into clear checklists, routines and SOPs Define the “Young Coffee way” of running a café Continuously improve processes to increase consistency and reduce dependency on individualsBusiness, P&L & Suppliers Own and monitor the café’s P&L Track costs, margins, labor efficiency and profitability Manage suppliers, inventory and purchasing Build simple, scalable systems for future locationsScaling Preparation Turn the Valencia café into the blueprint for future openings Identify what works, what doesn’t and what must change before scaling Collaborate with YOUNG Holding on replication and expansionWho We’re Looking For Experience in hospitality, retail or operations-driven businesses Strong understanding of operations, costs and P&L Comfortable being hands-on today to build something bigger tomorrow Structured, reliable and calm under pressure Systems-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset Based in Valencia and available on-site Coffee experience is a plus, operational and business thinking matter more.What We Offer A key role in building Young Coffee from the ground up Real ownership over operations and performance Direct collaboration with theYOUNG Holding team Clear path toward senior leadership or co-founder role Competitive salary with future upside (profit-sharing / equity)Final Thought This role is for someone who wants to build before they scale, execute before they delegate and earn leadership through example.To Apply Please answer the following questions by video: Tell us about a time you led a small team (or one person).
