Desde Melt Group, estamos en búsqueda de un/a Business Development Manager para una CDMO del sector biotech, especializada en el desarrollo y fabricación de soluciones biológicas innovadoras con alto impacto clínico en Barcelona.

La misión del puesto será liderar el crecimiento del negocio y el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades estratégicas.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

- Diseñarás e implementarás la estrategia de desarrollo de negocio en línea con los objetivos de crecimiento de la compañía.

- Identificarás y evaluarás nuevas oportunidades comerciales, alianzas estratégicas y acuerdos de colaboración con centros de investigación, pharma y otros partners clave.

- Analizarás el mercado, tendencias del sector biotech, competencia y pipeline de oportunidades.

- Programación y visitas a empresas o instituciones de cualquier sector, manteniendo la interlocución con responsables de I+D u órganos decisorios.

- Colaborarás de forma transversal con equipos científicos, clínicos, regulatorios y de operaciones para asegurar la viabilidad y correcta ejecución de los proyectos.

- Reportarás actividad, pipeline y forecast mediante las herramientas corporativas (CRM).

Requisitos que buscamos:

- Grado universitario en Biotecnología, Biomedicina, Bioquímica o similar.

- Experiencia mínima de 3-4 años en desarrollo de negocio, ventas estratégicas o alianzas dentro del sector biotech, pharma, medical devices o healthtech.

- Nivel de inglés C1 (imprescindible para entorno internacional).

- Experiencia en negociación de acuerdos B2B, colaboraciones científicas o comerciales.

- Perfil estratégico, orientado a resultados y con fuerte visión de negocio.

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, influencia y relación con stakeholders senior.
