We are looking for a Senior Wind Operations Engineer to join a leading renewable energy generation multinational group. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about the renewable energy sector and is looking for a new professional growth

✅Functions & Responsibilities:

- Oversee the operations and maintenance (O&M) of wind turbines to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Propose troubleshooting solutions for minor corrective actions and common defects in large components.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for the mechanical and electrical systems of wind turbines.
- Analyze the performance of wind turbines, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing energy production.
- Lead and coordinate technical teams for O&M activities, ensuring effective execution of tasks.
- Manage inventories and resources, ensuring timely procurement of spare parts and materials to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field; any other relevant experience will also be considered.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working with electrical infrastructure, specifically in wind farms and substations.
- Fluent in Spanish (working proficiency required), and English (intermediate to advanced level for technical communication).

Bonus points if you have:

- Technical Certification/Safety Training in BST/GWO to work in wind farms.
- +7 years of experience will be a plus
- Knowledge on wind farms simulation software such as Openwind, WindFarmer, QBlade or equivalent
