Directly reporting to the Spain Sales Director, What you will Do?
- Support Sales Director on Company Annual Plan & Strat Plan creation
- Channel & Customer & Brands Strategy definition
- Contributes to marketing plans, with customers & category analysis and promotional strategy.
- Account Plans templates creation Co-lead with sales dtor
- Lead Customers Joint Business Plans:
. Company Trade Story Creation, together with Marketing & Trade.
. Customer Top initiatives Drivers Rationals
- Support Sales Director on Pricing & Promotional strategy across products & Categories
. Customer Analysis tools development.
. Ability to analyze & propose concrete actions based on customers sell out data.
- Co-lead with Sales & Marketing the 4Ps Guidelines Creation ( All Channels incl. Ecommerce), for Customers & Sales Field Force.

. Displays Execution Priorities by channel & Top Accounts
- Channel Projects Sales leader.
- Complete and maintain scorecards, trackers, tools, and reports that assists the team

Experience You Should Have
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or engineering.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in FMCG in commercial roles.
- Former experience in key account management 1-2 years ( Food or DPH categories, valuable experience in Ecomm) and Trade Marketing ( 2-3 years ).
- Proficiency in Office tools management ( Excel, Powerpoint ). SAP knowledge desirable.
- Good knowledge of English & & Spanish.
