Compañía internacional del sector salud, reconocida por su innovación en medical devices y productos de compresión está en proceso de reorganización y crecimiento, y busca reforzar su equipo de marketing con un perfil estratégico y transversal.

Misión del puesto

Liderar la gestión de la categoría de compresión dentro del área de Marketing, con responsabilidad directa sobre la estrategia de marca, la coordinación con ventas y la implementación de acciones a nivel local e internacional.

Responsabilidades Principales

- Definir e implementar la estrategia de marketing para la categoría de compresión.

- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas y los delegados comerciales, apoyándoles con herramientas y materiales técnicos.

- Desarrollar y coordinar packs de productos, lanzamientos y campañas.

- Realizar análisis de mercado y de la competencia para detectar oportunidades de crecimiento.

- Participar en la formación interna (con el equipo de ventas) y externa (con profesionales de la salud).

- Gestionar proyectos internacionales y colaborar con equipos de otros países.

- Viajar de manera frecuente (40–50%) para dar soporte a equipos locales y reuniones internacionales.

Perfil buscado

- Experiencia previa como Brand Manager o Product Manager, preferiblemente en medical devices, Health care o Pharma.

- Conocimiento de marketing estratégico y operacional.

- Capacidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinares (ventas, marketing, producto).

- Nivel de inglés alto (imprescindible para colaboraciones internacionales).

- Disponibilidad para viajar (40–50%).
