¿Te apasiona transformar datos en decisiones estratégicas? Buscamos un Data Analyst Senior para liderar el análisis y modelado de datos en un entorno ecommerce dinámico. Serás responsable de convertir métricas complejas en insights accionables, diseñar dashboards interactivos y colaborar con equipos clave para optimizar la experiencia digital.

¿Qué harás?

- Analizar KPIs críticos: ventas, conversión, abandono de carrito, LTV.
- Diseñar modelos predictivos y segmentación de clientes.
- Crear dashboards en Looker Studio y reportes ejecutivos para dirección.
- Colaborar con marketing, producto y tecnología para impulsar decisiones basadas en datos.
- Auditar fuentes de datos y garantizar calidad en entornos cloud (GCP preferido).

¿Qué buscamos?

- +3 años de experiencia en análisis de datos y BI.
- Dominio de SQL (BigQuery), Python, herramientas de visualización (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
- Experiencia en Adobe Analytics y métricas de ecommerce.
- Conocimientos de estadística y storytelling con datos.

Modelo híbrido: 3 días en oficina (zona norte de Madrid).

Inglés: Intermedio Alto.

Salario: 45K – 53K.

Entorno: Proyectos estratégicos con impacto real en negocio digital.
