A medida que crecemos, buscamos un Manager - Desarrollo de Distribución en Compresores de Aire , estratégico y motivado, para desarrollar y gestionar relaciones con nuestros clientes y socios más valiosos en el Norte de España y Portugal.
Resumen del Puesto:
Como Manager - Distribution Development ,, serás responsable de impulsar el crecimiento de ventas mediante la gestión y expansión de relaciones con socios de canal y clientes. Actuarás como un socio estratégico, promoviendo los productos ELGi y comprendiendo las necesidades de los distribuidores para ofrecer soluciones de aire comprimido adaptadas que generen valor y rendimiento.
Responsabilidades:
- Contratar y gestionar una red de distribución (en el Norte de España y Portugal).
- Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio dentro de cuentas existentes y buscar proactivamente nuevos clientes.
- Desarrollar y presentar propuestas y presentaciones técnicas de ventas, así como realizar auditorías de aire.
- Colaborar con la red de distribución y los equipos de servicio para garantizar la entrega exitosa de soluciones.
- Asegurar la rentabilidad de la empresa y la satisfacción del cliente.
- Supervisar tendencias del mercado, actividad de la competencia y comentarios de clientes.
- Cumplir o superar los objetivos de ventas trimestrales y anuales.
Requisitos:
- Técnico titulado, graduado en ingeniería o equivalente, valorable máster en gestión de ventas o administración de empresas.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en ventas B2B de equipos industriales, preferiblemente en compresores de aire.
- Historial comprobado en desarrollo de distribución (venta indirecta).
- Buen conocimiento técnico de sistemas y aplicaciones de aire comprimido.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y construcción de relaciones.
- Capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma y gestionar el tiempo eficazmente.
- Permiso de trabajo válido, licencia de conducir y disposición para viajar dentro del territorio asignado (España y Portugal, accesorio).
- Nivel nativo de español. Buen conocimiento de inglés y portugués es un plus.

As we expand, we are looking for a strategic and motivated Manager - Distribution Development in Air Compressors to grow and manage relationships with our most valuable customers and partners in the North of Spain & Portugal
Position Summary:
As Manager - Distribution Development , you will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing and expanding relationships with Channel Partners and customers. You will act as a strategic partner, promoting ELGi products and understanding distributors needs to deliver tailored compressed air solutions that drive value and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Hire & manage a distribution network (in Portugal).
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue new customers.
- Develop and deliver technical sales presentations and proposals and perform Air Audits.
- Collaborate with Distribution network and service teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Ensure company profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
- Qualified Technician, Graduated in Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of B2B industrial equipment sales experience, preferably in air compressors .
- Proven track record in distribution development(indirect selling)
- Good technical understanding of compressed air systems and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid work permit, driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory ( Spain and Portugal, accessory).
- As fluent in Spanish as native. Good knowledge of English & Portuguese is a plus.
