Your role in the team

As a Business Analyst you will analyze existing processes, identify optimization opportunities, and develop and support digital solutions within the context of our rental and business model.

Your responsibilities

- Act as the primary contact for process-related requirements in the assigned area.

- Analyze existing processes, identify optimization opportunities.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.

- Ensure timely and quality delivery of agreed features or process changes.

- Support the continuous improvement of our systems, processes, and applications within a dynamic working environment.

What we expect from you

- Excellent German and English verbal and written communication skills.

- Several years of experience in E-Procurement, FinTech, or Supplier Management.

- Ideally experience in systems such as SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Coupa, or similar solutions.

- Understanding of digital value chains and knowledge of rental- or subscription-based business models.

- Experience in preparing and structuring requirements in the form of User Stories, Epics, or process models.

- Technical understanding, particularly regarding system configuration and integration.

- Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking.
