CerTest Biotec busca un Marketing & Communications Manager para liderar nuestro Departamento de Marketing. Buscamos un perfil estratégico, con experiencia internacional, visión global y sólidas capacidades de liderazgo. Será responsable de coordinar al equipo, mantener la continuidad de los proyectos y seguir impulsando la estrategia global de marketing en todos los mercados donde operamos.

FUNCIONES

- Liderar y coordinar el Departamento de Marketing, gestionando al equipo, recursos y prioridades, y participando en las decisiones clave del área.
- Definir y ejecutar la estrategia global de marketing on/offline, asegurando la coherencia de la marca en todos los mercados y unidades de negocio.
- Gestionar el presupuesto anual de marketing, optimizando recursos y alineándolo con los objetivos estratégicos.
- Dirigir la comunicación corporativa interna y externa, incluyendo relaciones con medios, contenido institucional y soporte a otras áreas.
- Planificar y gestionar ferias, congresos y eventos nacionales e internacionales, garantizando la visibilidad y el posicionamiento de la marca.
- Impulsar el marketing digital, supervisando campañas, web, redes sociales, SEO internacional y analítica de datos.
- Dar soporte comercial global, proporcionando materiales, coordinando acciones con distribuidores y atendiendo requerimientos especiales de clientes.
- Supervisar el seguimiento y análisis de resultados, elaborando informes estratégicos y proponiendo mejoras continuas.

REQUISITOS

- Grado universitario en Marketing, Comunicación, ADE, Publicidad, o similar.
- Se valorará máster o formación especializada en Marketing Digital, Comunicación Corporativa o Dirección Comercial.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en marketing.
- Sólidos conocimientos en marketing digital y campañas internacionales.
- Excelentes habilidades comunicativas, analíticas y de gestión.
- Capacidad de liderazgo, pensamiento estratégico y orientación a resultados.
- Perfil creativo, resolutivo y con visión de negocio.
- Nivel alto de inglés (imprescindible); se valorarán otros idiomas.
- Disponibilidad para ocasionalmente viajar a ferias.
