Project Manager Senior (Customer Success)
Estamos en la búsqueda de un Project Manager Senior (Customer Success). Empresa internacional disruptiva está creciendo Estamos buscando un Project Manager con el fin de ser el responsable de gestionar los proyectos del departamento de Customer Success, identificando objetivos, elaborando planes de trabajo y realizando seguimiento.
Responsabilidades
- Liderar proyectos de Customer Success, aportando valor en cada interacción: desde el onboarding hasta renovaciones, retención, cross‑sell, etc.
- Identificar oportunidades e insights de crecimiento para optimizar canales existentes y nuevos.
- Desarrollar estrategias personalizadas adaptadas a cada cliente y contexto.
- Trabajar con el equipo de producto para adaptar el producto a las necesidades de clientes.
- Desarrollar dashboards para analizar e interpretar resultados.
- Establecer y monitorizar KPIs del negocio utilizando las herramientas adecuadas para una correcta medición.
Requisitos indispensables
- Experiencia de al menos 4 años trabajando como Project Manager en proyectos de desarrollo de software o implantación de soluciones tecnológicas.
- Experiencia previa en áreas de Customer Experience / Customer Success o funciones equivalentes.
- Nivel de inglés C1 (indispensable).
- Nivel de francés C1 (indispensable).
- Experiencia deseable liderando equipos.
Ofrecemos
- Trabajo remoto 4 días a la semana y 1 día presencial en Madrid – Ciudad Lineal; opción a otra ciudad de España remoto, pero con disponibilidad de ir a Madrid de vez en cuando.
- Flexibilidad horario de lunes a viernes – Jornada de verano julio‑agosto y todos los viernes del año.
- Retribución flexible.

- Contrato indefinido + seguros médico y dental cubierto al 100 %.
