The Company
We are partnering with a fast-growing B2B travel tech scale-up to support the expansion of their commercial team. The company is currently looking to hire Sales Executives based in Barcelona , each responsible for a specific European market. The role has a consistent scope and expectations across all hires, with the only variation being the geographic market and required native language.

The Role
BizAway is hiring Sales Executives to join their on-site Barcelona office, each responsible for driving new business within a specific European market. This is a standardized role with consistent scope, targets, and expectations across all hires, with the only variation being the geographic market and required native language.

As a Sales Executive, you will take full ownership of new business sales within your assigned region. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to negotiation and deal closure, acting as a trusted commercial partner to prospective clients. You will work closely with SDRs and internal teams while maintaining full ownership of your pipeline, revenue forecast, and performance. Over time, you will build deep local market knowledge, establish long-term client relationships, and contribute directly to BizAway’s international growth strategy.

Key responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
Prospect and develop new business within your assigned geographic market
Execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other channels
Conduct discovery calls and deliver tailored product demonstrations
Engage senior stakeholders, including C-level, HR, Office, and Travel Managers
Lead commercial negotiations and close new business
Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting
Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, and the wider sales team
Act as a market ambassador, representing BizAway at events when relevant
Proactively contribute ideas to improve sales processes and performance

Candidate profile
At least 1 year of experience in a sales or commercial role
Native speaker of the target market language (DACH, Nordics, or Benelux)
Professional working proficiency in English
Comfortable with outbound sales and proactive prospecting
Strong ownership mentality and accountability for results
Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
Experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or business travel would be a nice-to-have
Eligibility to work in Spain, with a valid NIE/work permit
