At Winning Consulting, we are seeking a Business Analyst to be part of our dynamic team. This role involves working on an exciting project for one of our key clients in the banking sector in Malaga (hybrid).

Functions and skills:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Trade Finance business, proposing new technological and operational solutions that add value to the business.
- Track milestones and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
- Excellent capabilities to manage complex and changing environments.
- Effective communication with Stakeholders, Operations, Business and Technology teams. .
- Strong intercultural and communication skills (working with teams in distinct geographies)
- Highly motivated team player.
- Self-organized work attitude and excellent time-management skills.
