We are seeking a technically skilled and business-oriented **System Analyst - Integration** to join our Digital Solutions team.

You will serve as a key technical liaison between IT and business functions, ensuring that evolving business processes are effectively supported through reliable and scalable integration solutions.

In addition to driving proactive enhancements and resolving incidents, you will play a key role in shaping the integration strategy and technical landscape in support of our transformation roadmap.

**Key responsibilities**
- Train and collaborate with the IT Helpdesk to ensure readiness for first-line support coverage
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations using standard platforms and tools
- Translate business process changes into integration requirements and develop or adapt integration components accordingly
- Lead or contribute to integration-related project work, including requirements, design, development, testing, and rollout
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in cross-system communications and propose enhancements
- Collaborate with the IT Application Manager to evaluate and introduce new technologies that strengthen integration capabilities
- Support integration with both internal and external systems, including ERP, factory devices, and logistics platforms
- Participate in the 24/7 support rotation after onboarding and training
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, IT partners, and third-party vendors (especially for EDI and external system connectivity)

**Desired qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent through experience
- Proficiency in integrating enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, TMS, WMS, and EDI
- Experience with relational databases (RDBMS), ideally MS SQL
- Understanding of integration techniques such as API, EDI standards, ETL, and middleware solutions
- Programming experience in languages such as C#, Python, VBA, PHP, etc.
- Exposure to industrial hardware integration on the factory floor (e.g., scales, scanners, label printers)
- Experience with Visual Studio IDE and Microsoft development stack is a strong plus
- Familiarity with PMBOK-based project environments or structured delivery frameworks
- Strong teamwork, flexibility, and problem-solving mindset
- B1-B2 level proficiency in English required; knowledge of Dutch, French, or Spanish is desirable
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Mowi locations as needed for support and deployment
